Harvested during a late September window of mild days and cool nights, this wine captures both the exuberance of summer fruit and the refinement of balanced winemaking.

 

Tasting Notes

Aromatics: Explosive aromatics of watermelon, strawberry blossom, and ripe peach leap from the glass, underlined by a hint of pink guava and fresh rain on stone.

Palate: Surprisingly restrained on the palate, with soft red berry tones, cantaloupe, and a gentle citrus lift. The subtle sweetness is beautifully balanced by fresh acidity and a clean mineral finish.

Finish: Light and refreshing, with a final whisper of watermelon rind and sea salt.
